No, never. Scalerrs is and will always be a fully remote company.

We believe that remote work gives our team the freedom, flexibility, and autonomy to do their best work from anywhere in the world. Instead of office spaces, we invest in global team meetups to bring everyone together in exciting locations.

Do you offer freelance or contract positions?

Yes, we work with freelancers and contractors for B2B SaaS content writing and graphic design. If you’re interested in working with us on a contract basis, reach out via our direct application form.Please make sure to:

- Submit Examples of Your Work – Provide links or attachments showcasing past projects relevant to your expertise (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, design assets, or successful link-building campaigns).

- Include Your Rates

Writers: Specify your rate per word.

Graphic Designers: Share pricing per image asset, illustration, or design package.

- Attach a 2-Minute Loom Video Introduction – We want to get to know you. Please, record a short Loom video introducing yourself, your experience, and why you’d like to work with Scalerrs.

What’s your interview process?

Here’s our interview process:

1️⃣ Application Submission – Start by filling out the application form. We review every submission carefully to identify potential fits.

PS: We always appreciate something creative and out of the ordinary that you can do to stand out - it never goes unnoticed!

2️⃣ First Interview (Culture Fit & Intro Call) – A casual Zoom conversation to discuss your background, career goals, and how Scalerrs operates. We’ll also touch on salary expectations and availability.

3️⃣ Quick Technical Test (20-30 Minutes) – If you’re a good fit, we’ll send you a short, role-specific test to evaluate your core skills. This is designed to be quick and relevant to the role.

4️⃣ Second Interview (Skill Assessment) – If you pass the test, you’ll have a deeper discussion with a senior team member to review your work, problem-solving approach, and expertise in your field.

5️⃣ Meet the Team (Virtual Coffee Chat) – A relaxed call with your potential future colleagues to see how we collaborate and if Scalerrs feels like the right environment for you.

6️⃣ Offer & Onboarding – If everything aligns, welcome to Scalerrs! We’ll finalize the details and onboard you on an agreed start date.
