Milient already had a growing product portfolio and a strong understanding of its market. What it needed was a more consistent organic strategy that could support multiple products, industries and customer profiles.
The team initially brought Scalerrs in to strengthen its SEO strategy and execution.
But the opportunity extended beyond improving rankings. Milient also wanted to:
Over time, the engagement expanded from SEO into content strategy and production, AEO, and Reddit and community-led content.

We started by getting deep into Milient’s products, ideal customer profiles and the markets each solution served.
Milient’s audience covered several different groups, from architecture and engineering firms to IT consultancies and professional services teams. The content could not rely on one generic SEO approach.
From there, we built a strategy around the topics Milient’s buyers were actively researching.
Content was a core part of the engagement.
Everything we produced had to do more than rank. It needed to speak to Milient’s actual customers, explain complex project and resource management topics clearly, and connect those problems back to the right Milient product.
We built content across high-intent comparisons, competitor pricing, software roundups and in-depth educational topics.
Some blogs we wrote for Milient:
These covered different stages of the customer journey, from people learning how resource management works to buyers actively comparing Milient with other platforms.

As AI search became a bigger part of how B2B buyers researched software, we expanded Milient’s strategy beyond traditional Google rankings.
We worked on making Milient’s content clearer and easier for both search engines and AI platforms to understand.
That meant producing direct answers, clear product positioning, detailed comparisons and structured explanations around the problems Milient solves.
The goal was to increase the chances of Milient appearing when buyers asked AI tools about project management, resource planning, time tracking and related software categories.
We also introduced Reddit and community-led content into the engagement.
Buyers do not only research software on company websites. They look through Reddit threads and other community discussions to find candid recommendations, comparisons and real experiences.
Milient’s community strategy focused on increasing its presence in relevant conversations while keeping the content useful and natural to the discussion.
This helped extend Milient’s organic visibility beyond its own website and into the sources influencing both buyers and AI-generated answers.

In more than nine months of working together:
Milient generated 92 organic MQLs in H1 2026, compared with 159 during H2 2025. Despite the lower MQL volume, the value of the pipeline generated through organic search increased by 203%.

The result was not simply more website activity. Organic search was contributing substantially more pipeline value to the business.

We can confidently say about 30% of our pipeline comes from SEO & AEO. We also got over 300K in pipeline from SEO for no additional work and it is compounding month over month.

"We can confidently say about 30% of our pipeline comes from SEO & AEO, which wasn't the fact at all. In the last month, we got over 300K in pipeline from SEO for no additional work, which is crazy. It is compounding month over month. And I'm sure it's going to grow even further."
"We're the highest-cited domain and often rank #1 for comparison queries. We also generated over 4,000 referral visits from AI search."

"We've had a significant increase in AI search traffic and we already knew this was converting well. When we run tests on specific LLMs, we see SEO articles and Reddit threads that you guys worked on being referenced and pulled up in the chat."

”Scalerrs were really early on LLM search, and that was one of the reasons we wanted to work with them. People self-attributing that they heard about us on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude has doubled since we brought them on.”

"Most SEO agencies aren't even thinking about changing for AI search. They're more scared of it. You guys have done a really good job not just doing the work so we come up in AI search engines, but also showing us why we should be doing the work."

"As we started engaging with Scalerrs, we really saw our inbound channel, both in the amount of visits and more importantly the amount of leads and the quality of those leads, go up."

"In the last 6 months, we’re seeing a lot of referrals coming from organic AI search. I think we forget sometimes that you are an agency because you feel very much a part and extension of our team."

“Keywords in position 1-3 have grown from ~100 to 600 in 18 months. We've seen significant traffic growth (3-5x) and more qualified leads from SEO than we were seeing previously. We're very pleased with these results... Scalerrs are also very revenue-oriented compared to other agencies I've come across.”
