About Qrvey

Qrvey is an embedded analytics platform built specifically for SaaS companies. They help product teams add analytics, dashboards, and data experiences directly into their own software.
Challenge
Qrvey operates in one of the most competitive corners of the analytics space. "Embedded analytics" is a high-competition keyword with limited search volume, and Qrvey only serves a subset of that market: SaaS companies specifically. So every keyword and every piece of content had to count.
They'd worked with a previous agency and weren't seeing any measurable impact on the pipeline. The organic channel was essentially stale. Kerry Pearce, Head of Marketing (originally hired as Qrvey's first Director of Demand Generation), knew that organic could be a predictable, profitable channel, but she needed a partner who understood that the goal wasn't traffic. It was pipeline.
Once Qrvey and Scalerrs started working together, it was clear this was going to be a different kind of engagement. Qrvey has been working with Scalerrs for a year and a half now.
Strategy
We dived into Qrvey's ICP: their market, competitors, audience, the types of questions their buyers need answers to, their pains, and what they're responsible for. From that foundation, we mapped out Qrvey's golden keywords, the high-intent commercial terms their buyers search right before making a decision.

Then we built a dual SEO and AI search strategy:
- On the SEO side, we went after every high-value category term to own Google's SERP, starting with bottom-of-funnel keywords.
- On the AI search side, we optimized the same category terms for LLMs. AI models pull from content sources ranking for those terms, so the SEO work is fed directly into AI search visibility.
The timing worked in Qrvey's favor. By the time AI search started booming in mid-2025, they were already well-positioned because we'd been building content around those high-intent keywords for months. People started self-attributing that they found Qrvey through AI search, and the data confirmed it: organic search and AI search became the #1 and #2 ways people discovered the brand.



Content Creation
Content was the engine. Everything we wrote spoke directly to Qrvey's ICP, went deep enough on the subject matter to actually convert, and was structured so AI search could pick up the right signals about what Qrvey does and where it fits in the market.

We wrote blogs that answered the exact questions Qrvey's buyers had, but we also structured them to hit what LLMs specifically look for: comparison content, table formats, real reviews, and real case studies. The result was content that ranked on Google, showed up in AI search, and accurately portrayed Qrvey's positioning as the embedded analytics platform for SaaS.

Link Building
Qrvey's CEO kept the list of golden keywords in his back pocket and wanted to know how those were performing. In such a competitive space, backlinks were critical to keep Qrvey at the top of search results for those terms.

We built links from high-authority SaaS and B2B domains to power up Qrvey's most important pages. More authority on those pages meant better Google rankings and more coverage from AI models, which scrape those exact pages when answering buyer prompts.
Reddit & YouTube
We took an omnichannel approach, extending into Reddit and YouTube to own the entire face of the SERP in different formats.
On Reddit, we targeted threads ranking for Qrvey's core category terms and placed the brand naturally into those conversations. We used employee accounts, joined discussions happening in their vertical, and provided genuine value before mentioning the product.

Two benefits here:
- Google visibility, since Reddit threads rank heavily in search results.
- AI search visibility, since LLMs frequently pull from Reddit threads when answering buyer prompts.
Looking back at the previous year, 100% of Qrvey's inbound demo requests from organic social came from Reddit.
Results

In the first year and a half working together:
- 400% increase in organic clicks within the first 6 months
- Pipeline doubled from $740K to $1.5M from the organic channel
- Organic represented 30% of closed business
- 100% of inbound demo requests from organic social came from Reddit
- Organic and AI search became the #1 and #2 ways people discover Qrvey
- Qrvey now ranks #3 in AI search brand visibility across the embedded analytics category, behind only Sisense and Tableau, with ~2,836 mentions across LLMs
