About Reporting Ninja
Reporting Ninja is a SaaS reporting tool for online marketers, freelancers, and in-house marketing teams. It automates recurring reports agencies need to produce on ad performance across different platforms. They operate in the analytics vertical alongside competitors like Agency Analytics, Supermetrics, and Whatagraph.

Challenge
Luis, the founder, is a solopreneur running Reporting Ninja with external providers. He'd worked with two agencies before Scalerrs and knew the typical pain points: slow ramp-up, deliverables that take forever to get right, and agencies that don't really understand the business.
He needed an SEO partner who could get up to speed fast, produce high-quality content in a competitive analytics niche, and treat the engagement as a partnership rather than a service contract.
How They Found Scalerrs
Scalerrs was Luis's third agency. What set it apart was speed.
As Luis put it: "In the case of Scalerrs, it's been the fastest agency in getting everything the way I wanted to have it."
Reporting Ninja has been working with Scalerrs for a year.
Strategy
We dived into Reporting Ninja's ICP and mapped out their highest-intent keywords across the SaaS reporting and marketing analytics space. From that, we built a combined SEO and AI search strategy.
On the SEO side, the goal was to own Google visibility for the category terms Reporting Ninja's buyers search when evaluating reporting tools. On the AI search side, we optimized for the same terms, because LLMs pull from content sources ranking for those keywords.
Content
We wrote content focused on Reporting Ninja's ICP: agency marketers and in-house teams evaluating reporting tools. Every piece was structured to rank on Google and fuel AI search signals.

The content engine tripled avg. monthly organic traffic from ~4.2K in November 2025 to ~12K by March 2026, and pushed organic traffic value from ~$19K to ~$50K per month over the same period.
Some blogs we wrote for Reporting Ninja:
- 2026 Paid Media Reporting Guide
- How to Create Facebook Automated Reports in Minutes
- 7 SEM Report Examples & Templates
- How to Create SEO Reports for Clients in 2026 (+ Examples)
Non-branded clicks are up 44% in the last 3 months, while branded share dropped 8.8%, meaning net-new buyers are finding Reporting Ninja through category searches, not just people already looking for the brand.
But we also went beyond content. We helped improve the overall website experience, including blog layout, table of contents structure, CTA placement, and look and feel. Luis didn't expect that to be part of the engagement.
AEO / AI Search
On the AI search side, we structured content so LLMs would pick up on long-tail details about Reporting Ninja when answering buyer prompts about reporting tools.
One of our suggestions was adding a self-attribution field ("How did you find us?") to the signup flow. A significant number of free trial signups are now self-attributing that they found Reporting Ninja through AI search engines.

Link Building
We built SaaS-specific, B2B-relevant backlinks to power up Reporting Ninja's most important pages. The link quality standards were high, and the links had a direct impact on rankings.
We started Reddit recently, targeting threads where agency marketers and reporting tool buyers are having conversations. Even with a reduced scope, Luis is already seeing signups self-attributing from Reddit.
As he put it: "Again, people are also informing they are coming from Reddit. Even being a reduced scope, I'm seeing that it's having an impact on business."
Results

Going into 2026:
- 3x growth in avg. monthly organic traffic (4.2K to 12K)
- Organic traffic value up from $19K to $50K per month
- Non-branded clicks up 44% in the last 3 months
- Signups self-attributing from AI search engines
- Signups self-attributing from Reddit

What our clients say about us
Stop guessing, and start driving revenue from your SEO channel predictably by targeting key pain points at different stages of your customer journey.

"We've seen significant traffic growth and citations in LLMs (3-5x). We're seeing more qualified leads from AI search & SEO than ever. We're very pleased with these results... Scalerrs are also very revenue-oriented compared to other AEO agencies I've come across.”

"I can confidently say about 30% of our pipeline comes from AEO/SEO and AI search. In the last month we got over $300K in pipeline just from AEO/SEO for really no additional work."

"With the help of Scalerrs, we got Cited in Google AI Overviews for our most important terms. Seems unreal, especially cause we compete with big players like Square, Shopify, and Lightspeed."

"The team at Scalerrs we're really early on LLM search. And that was one of the reasons we really wanted to work with them. And since we did, people self-attributing that they heard about us on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude has doubled."

"Most SEO agencies aren't even thinking about AI search. They're more scared of it. But you guys at Scalerrs have done a really good job not just doing the work so we come up in AI search, but showing us why."

"Organic and AI search became the #1 and #2 ways people discover Qrvey. Qrvey now ranks #3 in AI search brand visibility, behind only Sisense and Tableau, with ~2,836 mentions across LLMs."

"In the last 6 months, we’re seeing a lot of referrals coming from organic AI search. I can confidently recommend you to any SaaS company who wants to show up in AI search"
